From Granger Indiana now living in Fountain Vallley, CA. The top level National Bodybuilder who has appeared on 20 fitness/bodybuilding covers nationally and internationally with numerous publications. Such magazines as Muscle Mag,Iron Man, Planet MuscIe, Reps, Olympian's News and Prosource .One of the things he’s learned from training with and interviewing dozens of Champion bodybuilders is that there is no one set method of training that everyone follows. Most champions have found methods that work for them. Dan says… “If you say well I’ve got to include squats and leg extensions for instance or skull crushers and barbell curls or whatever then you’ll have to do them. They need to consider that there are dozens of ways to do “the basics” just as there a dozens of ways to organize your routine.”

Not having had a meteoric rise through the ranks has given Dan a unique perspective on busting through plateaus. At some point in every weight trainer’s life, sticking points are going to occur. They are frustrating and can suck the joy out of workouts. Since Dan has one of the most well-developed sets of delts I’ve seen in the amateur ranks, they seemed a good place to focus.
