Hey, relax, it's friday...happy friday my friends :) Hop you all guys have a nice week-end, I love to see my pets like this all content and happy. Who might have no worries and be like that of happily and relaxed! Hope you'll catch a moment of happiness! ... A glass of wine, the newspaper, notebook and a book about writing. When you get time just for yourself, sometimes you just like to enjoy it. There are always things to do, laundry, putting away toys, photos to edit or blog posts to write but occasionally when you get some free time away from work the first thing you have to let yourself do is relax. Giving yourself that gift often allows you to be more productive when you do get down to business.
You can transform your shower into a rejuvenating spa by take a long bath/shower. I know the title is quick ways to relax, but this is still quicker than booking spa time or a massage. Sitting in or under hot water is a little escape from everything else, the heat is relaxing and you come out of the shower or bath feeling clean and refreshed. Also, things we do in the shower like washing our hair or exfoliating our skin increase circulation, leading to more energy and a decrease of tension.

You know how turning off your electronics before bed helps you fall asleep better, since the screens signal your brain to stay awake longer? They also wind you up. Turning them off helps you chemically and psychologically; a lot of times we can get stressed out from being at the world's beck and call. Assuming you don't have a legitimate reason that you must be online or on the phone, let anyone you're talking to know that you're going offline for a bit, and turn it all off. Focus on yourself.
