Build More Muscle
It's the question foremost in every serious trainer's mind - How can I build more muscle?? There's no one simple answer, but there are plenty of approaches you can use to up the amount of muscle mass you have. Some of these are tried and proven methods that have stood the test of time, others are recent discoveries based on strong scientific research. If big muscle building required exercise and diet alone then you could have exercised and ate 24 hours a day. But this isn't reality. The key is proper knowledge to gain weight correctly.
