The advice Alexsander Freitas would give to anyone wanting to take up bodybuilding is to "train safe, train hard, stay consistent, be 110% focused. Consume 5 to 6 meals daily, eat quality protein like chicken breast, turkey breast, fish, LA Whey, complex carbohydrates, take three to four portions of fruit and vegetable daily, and drink two litres of water daily.
